Sunday, the most common day of the week to do everything you need in order to start your week very successfully.
1) DO an extensive skin care routine
There is no better day in the week to do your entire skin care routine, face mask, hair mask, shave your legs, than right before starting a new week. So take some time of your Sunday and do all the skin care routine that you usually do not have time to do during the week, you will see that you will feel fresh and ready for the new week.
2) meal prep for the upcoming week
This is very important, especially if you are one of those people who do not have time to cook or make an elaborated meal during the week. Go on Pinterest and find a great recipe for next week, make a shopping list, and meal prep for the week ahead. It will save you a lot of time.
3) Clean your Space
There is something really satisfying when you clean your space and prepare your home for the following week. It is also very time consuming trying to organize and clean during the week, that is why I suggest doing a little cleaning before the upcoming week.
4) MAKE THE SCHEDULE FOR YOUR WEEK
Sit down for a few minutes and write down everything you want to accomplish the upcoming week. Do you want to meet with a friend? Go to a particular place? Do you need to make an appointment? Take the time to make a schedule for the upcoming week.
5) dO a self-care activity
I am all about self-care, and you should know that self-care looks very different for very different people. Take some time for your day to do something for you, go get a drink from Starbuck or your favorite coffee place, go get a dessert, do some yoga, read a book, hangout with friends.
